Sales Administration and Delivery Coordinator

Responsible for the sales administration and coordination in support of the sales development and account management teams to ensure

the complete customer experience is seamless in engaging with Comsol from quote to cash and thereafter retention continuously ensuring Comsol’s sales delivery process to be world class across multiple customer accounts

promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Critical Outputs:

  • SLD Management for your portfolio
  • Processing all sales related tasks (SNOW, ERP, OE’s, Quotes, PO’s etc.) and reporting on such across the entire sales value chain – Business as Usual orders, upgrades, etc.
  • Ensuring that quote-to-cash process and customer feedback is responsive and as quick as possible at all times
  • Checking that the different SNOW buckets (ensuring they are empty) and driving SLD’s daily to have revenue recognized as quickly as possible
  • Engagement with all departments internally to drive quote-to-cash efficiently and ensuring that there are no delays in getting services installed
  • Proactively address and expedite all blockages internally to get services processed and installed asap
  • Support in signing up new channel partners and customers
  • Ensure that all MSA’s and customer related documentation is up to date and valid at all times
  • Facilitate all non-standard, additional and ad hoc commercial quotes and approvals for opportunities both
    internally and externally where required
  • E.g., Longer cable runs, fibre infrastructure, cherry pickers, brackets, accessories, etc.
  • Assist in unblocking all customer related delays to expedite installations
  • Ensure that all issues (delivery, data, commercials, etc.) are resolved proactively between Ops and Sales at all
    times to expedite quote to cash
  • Attend to any reasonable ad hoc requests related to sales and Customers to achieve the Comsol purpose
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of all information pertaining to the sales function within Comsol from Quote-to-
  • Invoice is captured timeously, accurately and correctly.
  • Manage Churn
  • Track churn and assist where required in mitigating cancellations and / or ensuring we are able to repurpose services
  • Focus on contract retention and renewals according to the SNOW process and procedure
  • Reporting on all aspects of above to the sales management team and broader Comsol where required
  • Attend to any other reasonable requests from time to time to support Comsol’s way of working
  • Attention to detail is critical thereby ensuring that all information captured is accurate, correct and complete on all sales systems, quotes and correspondence both internally and externally
